China (Zhonghua Renmin Gongheguo) has an important place in the world nowadays; it is animportant culture that is taking more and more space in economic territory. But what about his form of government, well we have to say that when we studied this country we understood that is a realpuzzle: it has a specific kind of government, but only in theory, they´re socialist but not economically speaking… so we divided in parts pretended to be easy to understand the political model of China.Party
In practice China has just one big party, with more than 73 million members, the party that dominate government is the Communist Party of China. Which party´s highest body is the Party Congress,the primary organs of power are formally parts of the central committee are: The General Secretary, which is the highest ranking official within the Party and usually the Chinese Paramount leader.* The Politburo 22 full members (including the members of the Politburo Standing Committee);
* The Politburo Standing Committee, consists of nine members;
* The Secretariat, the principaladministrative mechanism of the CPC, headed by the General Secretary;
* The Central Military Commission;
* The Central Discipline Inspection Commission, charged with rooting out corruption andmalfeasance among party cadres.

Government.
In theory China it is supposed to have a president, a general secretary and the president of the army, but at reallife the tree places are led by only one person: Hu Jintao, as happens with Jiang Zemin his predecessor, but this is the way the Chinese government solution a really big problem that was the fights thatthe government and the army had in the past, for example when Mao Zedong as president of the army, shifted power to the head of the government Liu Shaoqui, a confrontation which would leave vacant...
