El Discurso del rey es una nueva película sobre la relación entre el futuro rey Jorge VI y su logopeda australiano. Desde su estreno en Toronto el Festival cinematográfico internacional, donde estorecibió una ovación permanente, la película se ha hecho uno de los favoritos para los óscar 2011. Esto ya ha recibido siete nombramientos para el Globo De oro, incluyendo al mejor actor y mejorpelícula.
