Introduction

Have you ever thought about persuading a dream? A dream that too many people could be worthless but to you it means the world? Well, in this case we will be able to comparetwo different books that have more in common than what you think.
The Alchemist of Paulo Coelho (1988) and Perfume of Patrick Süskind (1985). You should be thinking, what do these two books have in common? Well, let me tell you the main idea is what they have in common, they both go around places of the world to achieve something they really want, in Santiago’s case (TheAlchemist) he is looking for his personal legend and Jean-Baptiste Grenouille (Perfume) is seeking for his perfect scent. But they are also differences, and big ones! Because Jean-Baptiste Grenouille (Perfume) hurt people to get what he wanted and didn’t watch limits, but Santiago (The Alchemist) always followed the right way of the things, we worked hard for what he wanted and did not kill any humanbeing for anything. We have so much to relate these two great books, with a lot of sense and awesome quotes.
Now I will compare similarities and differences about these books and see a little description of them.
