Membrete
Se refiere al nombre, dirección, teléfono y ciudad de la empresa que la escribe.
Fecha
Se refiere a la ciudad, entidadfederativa, día, mes y año en que se expide la carta.
Destinatario
Se refiere al nombre, dirección, ciudad y código postal de la persona a quien se dirige la carta.
Saludo
Es la expresiónde cortesía que une al firmante con el destinatario.
Texto o Cuerpo
Es la exposición del asunto que motiva la carta.
Despedida
Es la expresión de cortesía que da término a lacarta.
Antefirma
Es la razón social o denominación de la casa.
Firma
Es el nombre completo del remitente y su rúbrica.

TheHeading
This contains the return address (usually two or three lines) with the date on the last line.
The Inside Address
This is the address you are sending your letter to. Make it ascomplete as possible. Include titles and names if you know them.
The Greeting. Also called the salutation. The greeting in a business letter is always formal. It normally begins withthe word "Dear" and always includes the person's last name.
The Body
The body is written as text. A business letter is never hand written. Depending on the letter style you choose,paragraphs may be indented. Regardless of format, skip a line between paragraphs.
The Complimentary Close
This short, polite closing ends with a comma. It is either at the left marginor its left edge is in the center, depending on the Business Letter Style that you use. It begins at the same column the heading does.
The Signature Line
The name to be signed. Thiscustomarily includes a middle initial, but does not have to. Women may indicate how they wish to be addressed by placing Miss, Mrs., Ms. or similar title in parentheses before their name.
