Physical education is the discipline that covers everything related to the use of the body. From a pedagogical point of view, it helps the formation of the human being. That is, its practicecreative and intentional movements are triggered, the manifestation of corporeality through affective and cognitive processes of higher order.
In prehistoric times, man to find practiced physical exercisesafety and survive through agility, strength, speed and power. In Greece, the end of physical education was to train men of action. In Sparta the combination of man of action with a wise man, wholater educational program called Palestral sought. As for Rome, physical education was very similar to the Spartan, as the protagonist was the athlete.

I would like to see young people achieve their dreams,their accomplishments and good things and like to see the good things and the bad advise to have a bright future this is what I want for my future.
