PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROCESS = EDUCATIONAL PROCESS:

Is a process for education (development of knowledge) and breeding (cultivation of a person) in which the objective and the task of P.E. are realized:
OBJETIVES:
Physical improvement
Movement improvement
Strengthening health.

OBJECTIVE (GOAL)
Increasing the real level of physical fitness.
Optimal motor performance.Optimal development of motor abilities
Movement experience and theoretical knowledge from different areas or selected sport disciplines.
Desirable behavior and action participant in the physical training process and development of human personality characteristics.
Expressed (displayed) and interest in physical education activities.

PHYSICAL TRAINING PROCESS
Kind ofteaching process.
Form of a breeding and education influence ( physical, functional, moving and also mental, social and moral formation of a man)
Process which is based on mutual interactions between subject, object, content and conditions and fulfill the objectives and tasks of P.E. through the application of:
- General pedagogical principles
- Didactic principles forall education process
- Breeding principles

- Specific principles of a physical training process just for P.E.

On the work of education subject (teacher) and pupil
For all relationships within the system of P.E. process and training process.

SUBJECT: – teacher, coach, instructor.
Subject is also object of educational and breeding process.
Verbs: teaching, breeding, upbringing, organizing, guiding, leaching, informing, setting problems, motivating, inspiring the interest, demonstrating, illustrating,correcting, providing direct assistance, getting feedback, controlling, diagnostic, classifying.
Subjects is screenwriter (writes the plan of the teaching process), director (direct the whole process) and the actor in the main role (look the activities above).

OBJECT:
Object, and also subject of educational and breeding process.
Object in educational and learning process, carefully followsthe explanation, showing interest, asks, remembers, is disciplined, imitates exercises, solves problem task, learned activities applies in practical work, does not run a risk.

CONDITIONS:
Where and under which is physical training process realized (material, legal, social, health, climate)
Exogenous – all conditions that already exist, er which can man build up (external)
Endogenous –internal state of the coach and athlete-physical readiness, mental health, health (internal)

CONTENT:
It is what is applied from the subject to the object (from the teacher to the pupil) in physical education process for building a knowledge and experience.
It is a whole project of educational and breeding process
