i gotthinking that you can carry this one on even more.

Make sure that the girl you are talking to seems like shes easy to talk to and is all for different routines, not just the generic interviews regularguys give(age, from,job,ext).

Once you text her this question and you get to talking, wait a couple days and then ask her what she's doing the next day.

You: So what are you doing tomorrow?Her: Nothing that i know of yet...
You: well i am holding interviews for my partner in crime, lunch at noon to see if you qualify? **come off as funny, sarcastic** in a playful way
Her: Sure!now once you meet her for lunch or dinner, act very serious as if you are really conducting an interview for a real "partner in crime" position.

Come off as you are not joking what-so-ever and thatit is a very serious topic. Have a list of 3-5 preset questions, can be funny ones, to show you are only joking, but with a serious face on.
