Lasagna

Ingredients:
* ground beef
* mozzarella cheese
* cream
* a tomato
* apepper
* coriander
* ketchup
* garlic
* onion
* mustard
* oregano

Preparation:

liquefy the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, pepper and puts it in a pan over low heat, add tothis mix a pinch of salt, garlic, mustard, tomato sauce and slowly puts his ground beef, while in a large pot boil water with the pasta.
Mozzarella cheese is chopped into small pieces, is placed inthe Pyrex butte required to prevent sticking to the end.
After the pasta is tender proceeds to assemble the lasagna, the pasta is placed first, then the remake, then the cheese and finally gives hera pinch of oregano, repeat this process in three layers, the end is add the cream, sticks it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Traditional Gelato recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 cups milk
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 4 egg yolks
* 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk and cream. Heatuntil foaming around the edges. Remove from heat.
2. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Gradually pour the hot milk into the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Return mixture to saucepan andcook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture curdle slightly and coats the back of the spoon. If there are small lumps of egg, remove from heat immediately.

3. Pour themixture through a sieve or fine strainer into a bowl. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream and frozen according to the manufacturer'sinstructions. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm. If the gelato is too firm, place in refrigerator until it reaches the desired hardness.
