Company name intend to capitalize as a solid alternative for small construction jobs at residential andcommercial levels.
PRODUCT/SERVICES
Building Maintenance are medium profit (10% to 25%) periodic jobs on a monthly, quarterly basis. Remodeling Projects are high profit (25 to 40%) one time jobs ininterior/exterior remodeling and low impact construction. I will target residential and commercial markets through a network of known resources.
MARKETS AND SALES
The company's overall strategy willbe based on a continuing improvement process, setting sales and operational objectives, measuring results, and action oriented plans to facilitate further growth and progress. The facility serviceindustry has been growing at a fast pace for several years as the market trend is to increase outsourcing of non core business activities, this makes for an excellent opportunity for future expansionof the industry. Sales approach will initially managed by owner.
Company Name will use a networking sales approach in the initial year of the company funded on the owners’ business relations withpotential customers. These channels are most appropriate because of time to market, reduced capital requirements, and fast access to potential customers.
