INTRODUCCION

El presente trabajo monográfico es el proyectorealizado por 3 alumnas de la Universidad De San Martín de Porres de la Facultad de Ciencias Contables, económicas y financieras; el cual consta de los pasos y puntos pertinentes para poder realizar una empresa, así como la elaboración de una empresa (en este caso de Servicios) y que esta no fracase en el intento al momento de lanzarlo en el mercado peruano.
Consideramos que este proyecto podrá serútil para algunos de nosotros, los integrantes, que en un futuro deseen llevar a cabo esta idea. Así mismo, podrá servir como guía para la realización de trabajos similares para los alumnos de la Universidad.
Este proyecto inicia presentando todos los aspectos de la empresa, como el nombre y razón social que llevará, que llevara nombre “CLANAPA S.A.C.” que podrá acompañarla en toda la etapa quese encuentre en el mercado y que servirá para identificarnos. Luego se podrá apreciar el estudio de mercado realizado mediante una encuesta al público y así determinar aspectos que a los consumidores les podrán atraer y saber dónde ofrecer los productos.
