This document shows the findings of theOrganizational Social Responsibility Plan (RSE) of small and middle sized industrial companies (Pymes) in the province of Tundama. With this purpose, the different concepts about the evolution of RSE are shown. An initial approach to the RSE concept ; the characterization of Pymes ; the proposal for an RSE plan and finally the arrival points. The development of the structure of social responsibility can be carried outthrough in-company programs for employees in order to count with elements that allow the participation of different actors. RESUMEN
Este documento presenta los hallazgos efectuados en el estudio de la responsabilidad social empresarial(RSE) de las pequeñas y medianas empresas industriales de la provincia de Tundama. Con este propósito se da cuenta de laevolución de las diferentes apreciaciones sobre RSE; un acercamiento inicial al concepto RSE; la caracterización de las Pymes; la propuesta para un plan de RSE y finalmente, los puntos de llegada. El desarrollo de una estructura de responsabilidad social se puede llevar a cabo mediante programas internos para los empleados, con el propósito de contar con elementos que permitan la participación delos diferentes actores.
