MANTENIMIENTOPREVENTIVO Y CORRECTIVO DE EQUIPOS DE CÓMPUTO Y COMUNICACIONES DEL HOSPITAL SAN JUAN BAUTISTA - 2009 ORGANO RESPONSABLE: UNIDAD DE ESTADISTICA E INFORMATICA  ETAPAS DEL PLAN Adquisición de Materiales.Recurso Humano Elaboración del Cronograma Actividades y el Cronograma de Trabajo de Mantenimiento.

 DEFINICION: El centro de cómputo del Hospital de Huaral ha elaborado un plan
de trabajo conrespecto al mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos de cómputo. El cual permita prolongar la vida útil de los equipos de cómputo, servidores de red, estaciones de trabajo, impresoras y deequipos de comunicaciones. Así mismo, minimiza la tasa de desperfectos y aumenta la productividad de los equipos al reducir el tiempo hora/equipo y hora/hombre no útil.  DIAGNOSTICO SITUACIONAL: Lared de Huaral cuenta con los siguientes equipos de cómputo: a. Hardware: i. 01 Servidor Informático HP PROLIANT ML 370. ii. 01 Servidor Informático HP PROLIANT DL 380 G5 iii. 127 Computadoras en elHospital (137 son Pentium IV y 17 Pentium III) 156 en toda la Unidad Ejecutora. iv. 83 Impresoras en el Hospital v. 1 Laptop TOSHIBA y 3 Laptop HP.
