RESUMEN
El trabajo de investigación que se presenta a continuación, tiene por finalidad la creación de un plan
estratégico que permita el desarrollo organizacional y humano de la Empresa Agroindustrial Pomalca
S.A.A., proporcionando las guías necesarias de actuación para laconsecución de los objetivos trazados
por el plan.
Para una mejor comprensión y orden, se ha dado una estructura a la investigación, conformándose tres
principales capítulos que a continuación serán descritos de manera sintetizada.
En el primer capítulo, en cortas letras, describe la gestión de la empresa, identificándose el problema
principal, y la metodología a utilizarse para la solución de esta.Un segundo capítulo donde se encuentra el marco teórico de la planeación estratégica, brindando
información sobre los distintos enfoques teóricos, estudios, diagnósticos, propuestas y experiencias basados
en el planeamiento estratégico.
Y por último, el tercer capítulo, donde se elaboró la propuesta de un plan estratégico, haciendo referencia
a la declaración de la misión, visión y objetivos dela organización. Así mismo se hizo un análisis y
selección de estrategias a través de las matrices a nivel interno y externo de la organización y el cruce

FODA, que permitieron llegar a las estrategias más relevante que puedan dar una orientación y guiar a
la empresa, para una mejor gestión del talento humano.

ABSTRACT
The investigation work that is presented next, has for purpose the creation of a strategic plan that allows
theorganizational and human development of the Agroindustrial Company Pomalca S.A.A., providing
the necessary guides of performance for the attainment of the objectives traced by the plan.
For a better understanding and order, a structure has been given to the investigation, conforming to three
main chapters that next will be described in a synthesized way.
In the first chapter, in short letters, itdescribes the administration of the company, being identified the
main problem, and the methodology to be used for the solution of this.
A second chapter where is the theoretical mark of the strategic planning, offering information on the
different theoretical approach, studies, diagnoses, proposals and experiences based on the strategic
planning.
And lastly, the third chapter, where theproposal of a strategic plan was elaborated, making reference to
the declaration of the mission, vision and objectives of the organization. Likewise it was made an
analysis and selection of strategies through the matrixes to internal and external level of the organization
and the crossing FODA that allowed to arrive to the most excellent strategies that can give an
orientation and to guide to thecompany, for a better administration of the human talent.
