PRESENTATION: HERE THE TEACHER INTRODUCES HIMSELF/HERSELF TO THE STUDENTS. TELLING THEM HIS/HER NAME, AND SOME PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES THAT COULD BE ATTRACTIVE TO THE STUDENTS. FOR EXAMPLE YOU COULD TELL THEM WHERE YOU LEARNED YOUR ENGLISH. WHERE HAVE YOU PRACTICED IT. WHAT GOOD THINGS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED BECAUSE OF YOUR ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE. HERE WHAT YOUSTART DOING IS MOTIVATING THE STUDENTS TO FINISH THE COURSE THEY JUST BEGAN WITH YOU.
PLEASE EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW IMPORTANT IT IS NOT TO MISS A CLASS. TELL THEM THAT IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO LEARN ENGLISH IN ONE DAY, OR ONE WEEK...THAT’S WHY THE COURSE LASTS 17 MONTHS. AND IT’S GUARANTEED!
TIME FOR THE PRESENTATION: 10 MINUTES
ORIENTATION: AFTER YOU HAVE INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO THE STUDENTS YOU STARTEXPLAINING ABOUT THE COURSE. HOW LONG IS IT. HERE IT’S VERY IMPORTANT TO EXPLAIN TO THE STUDENTS THAT EVERY CLASS THEY WILL HAVE, WILL BE GIVEN ONLY IN ENGLISH. INFORM THEM WHY WE USE THIS METHOD. WE USE IT BECAUSE IT’S THE BEST WAY FOR THEM TO LEARN ENGLISH FASTER. SO EVEN IF IT’S THEIR FIRST DAY OF CLASS TEACHERS WILL GIVE CLASSES SPEAKING ONLY ENGLISH.
THE INDUCTIVE COURSE LASTS 4 WEEKS. ANDTHIS IS HOW YOU WILL GRADE THEM

WRITTEN EXAM 5%
THE HIGHEST SCORE YOU WILL GIVE THE STUDENT AT THE END OF THE COURSE WILL BE 100.
IN ORAL PRODUCTION YOU WILL CONSIDER HOW MUCH ENGLISH THEY PRACTICE IN CLASS. NOT SPANISH OK ...IF THEY SPEAK SPANISH THEIR ORAL PRODUCTION GOES DOWN.
ATTENDANCE: IF THEY DON’T MISS A DAY IN THECOMPLETE COURSE THEY WILL HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE. BUT MAKE SURE IF THEY DON’T COME TO TAKE AWAY POINTS OK. SAME WITH HOMEWORK.
THEY WILL BE DOING AN ORAL EXAM EVERY WEEK. IT SHOULD BE DONE ONLY IN ENGLISH AND HERE THE TEACHER MUST GIVE 5 POINTS FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWINGS POINTS.

TIME FOR THE ORIENTATION: 15 MINUTES
THEY WILL ALSO BE DOING PRESENTATIONS ( EXPOSICIONES) THE TEACHER WILL MAKE FOUR TEAMS . AND WILL NUMBER EACH TEAM FROM 1-4. TEAM 1 WILL PREPARE A PRESENTATION OF ANY TOPICPRESENTED THE FIRST WEEK. TEAM 2 WILL PREPARE A PRESENTATION OF ANY TOPIC PRESENTED DURING WEEK 2 AND SO ON. DURING THE PRESENTATIONS OTHER SS FROM OTHER GROUPS COULD BE INVITED. THE GRADE THEY GET IS PART OF THEIR ORAL PRODUCTION.
ICE BREAKER: I WILL START BY INTRODUCING MYSELF LIKE THIS: MY NAME IS CARMEN INZUNZA. I’M AN ENGLISH TEACHER AND I LOVE ANIMALS. THEN I WILL ASK ANOTHER STUDENT TOSTAND UP AND DO THE THE SAME THING (always speaking English) I WILL ALSO ASK EVERYBODY TO PAY ATTENTION TO EVERYBODY’S INFORMATION. ( i’ts sometimes necessary to use a lot of mimic but never speaking Spanish) AFTER EVERYBODY HAS INTRODUCED THEMSELVES . WE WILL PLAY MUSICAL CHAIRS . IF I HAVE 10 STUDENTS I WILL PUT ONLY 9 CHAIRS. I WILL ASK STUDENTS TO START WALKING AROUND THE CHAIRS WHILE I PLAYSOME ENGLISH MUSIC. WHEN I PAUSE THE MUSIC EVERYBODY WILL SIT ON A CHAIR. THERE WILL BE ONE STUDENT WHO WONT’BE ABLE TO SIT DOWN, SO THAT STUDENT MUST GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT ANOTHER STUDENT AND HE WILL BE OUT OF THE GAME. WE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THERE’S ONLY A WINNER. SURPRISE THE WINNER MUST GIVE THE NAMES OF ALL THE CLASSMATES!
