RESUMEN
La practica de laboratorio se realizo el día domingo 15 de Noviembre del Año 2009 en la Planta De Acueducto y Alcantarilladlo del Municipio deManí del Departamento del Casanare.
Esta práctica se dividió en tres partes; donde la primera parte es un recorrido de reconocimiento a las instalaciones del Acueducto, para allí conocer los diferentes tratamientos que se llevan a cabo para que el Agua que consumen los habitantes del Municipio de Maní sea Potable. En este recorrido se conoció todo el funcionamiento y almacenamiento de lostanques que hay alii, de igual manera se identificaron los reactivos y químicos que se utilizan para la potabilización de este recurso natural.
La segunda etapa se realizó fuera del laboratorio, debido a que la meta era la recolección de dos muestras de diferentes puntos, donde una de ellas fue la muestra que se recolectó en el tanque de almacenamiento de la planta y la otra se recolectó de uno delos tanques de distribución denominado tanque 2, esto teniendo en cuenta que nuestro material para la recaudación de muestras estaba debidamente esterilizado para que los factores ambientales no influyan en los resultados.
La tercera etapa se trabajó en el laboratorio que esta ubicado dentro de la planta de Acueducto, donde se dividieron los instrumentos de laboratorio en tres grupos, para queel reconocimiento y manejo de equipos fuera eficaz, este procedimiento se realizó teniendo en cuenta las normas de seguridad tales como bata, tapabocas, zapata cerrado, cabello, recogido, guantes y entre otros.
Para concluir las muestras se estudiaron respecto a las pautas de esterilización, buscando que fuese contaminada debido a que ocasionaba distorsión en nuestros resultados de estudio.ABSTRACT

This practice was divided in three parts; where the first part is a recognition journey
to the facilities of the Aqueduct, he/she stops there to know the different treatmentsthat are carried out so that the Water that the inhabitants of the Municipality of
Peanut consume is Drinkable. In this journey it was met the whole operation and
storage of the tanks that there is alii, in a same way the reagents they were
identified and chemical that are used for the potabilización of this natural resource.
The second stage was carried out outside of the laboratory, becausethe goal was
the gathering of two samples of different points, where one of them the sample that
was gathered in the tank of storage of the plant was and the other one was
gathered of one of the tanks of distribution denominated tank 2, this keeping in
mind that our material for the collection of samples was properly sterilized so that
the environmental factors don't influence in the results.The third stage one worked in the laboratory that this located inside the plant of
Aqueduct, where the laboratory instruments were divided in three groups, so that
the recognition and handling of teams was effective, this procedure was carried out
keeping in mind the such norms of security as robe, mufflers, closed half-boot, hair,
picked up, gloves and among others.

RESUMEN
