2. Sewage treatment system flow note:
1. The raw water pool
Sewage discharged from the plant by gravity into the raw water pool accumulation. The main function of the raw water pool is to make water more homogeneous, stabilize water runoff, which can effectively alleviate impact of the water runoff changes and density uneven to ensure continuous and stable operation. The raw pool equipped withmechanical grid to retain the coarse suspended solids or floating objects in waste water, in order to prevent the plug of pumps, pipelines and processing equipment, and reduce the processing load of follow-up structure and equipment.
2. Regulating grit settling tool
Sewage had entered grit settling tool after mechanical grid, which main function is separated the relatively high density ofinorganic particles from the water, such as sand, slag, etc., to protect against abrasion of pumps and pipes.
3. PH adjustment tank1
The sewage enter the PH level adjustment tank by pump system, while the 1 # ph meter controlled metering pump to dose NaOH and stir homogeneous in the adjust tank to adjust the water`s PH value to about 6.0.
4. PH adjustment tank2
Water overflow into the phadjustment tank2 from PH adjust tank1,while the PH meter controlled metering pump to dose NaOH and stir homogeneous in the adjust tank to adjust the water`s PH value to about 8.0. The unqualified water would be pump back to the raw water tank.
5. Coagulation reactor tank
Water overflow into PAFS coagulation reactor tank from PH adjustment tank2, where dosing coagulant PAFSS, to facilitate the suspendedflocculation settling.
6. Efficient purification
Coagulation reaction tank water overflows into the Vertical-flow settler. PAM mixed with water before entering precipitators by metering pump, and then plays a role in the Vertical-flow settler, the sewage move from the bottom. There would be the settleable particle would move from upper to bottom. There would be the settleable particle wouldmove from upper to bottom. There would be impaction between particles and much bigger particles would be generated. The bigger particles settles much easier. The cylindrical upper part of the Vertical-flow settler is precipitation zone, the lower part of the Vertical-flow settler is cone-shaped sludge storage tank and between the two parts is the buffer layer.

7. Secondary stage filteringtreatment
Water overflow from the Vertical-flow settler into the intermediate water tank and pumped into the mechanical filter, then overflow into the carbon absorber. The main function of the secondary stage filtering treatment is to absorb the fine suspended particles and colloidal impurities to improve the water quality. Mechanical filter have quartz sand filtering layer and the carbon absorberhave activated carbon filtering layer to further reduce the suspended solids. When back-wash the mechanical filter, the water flow to filtering layer backwards, making the filtering layer expanding and suspending to take the pollutants outside.
8. Third stage advanced treatment
Water from the activated carbon absorber flows into the intermediate tank, then pump into the precision filter. Waterflow into the clear water tank after further purification.
9. Sludge treatment system
The sludge from the raw water tank and the vertical-flow settler would be pumped into the press filter. The press filter would press the sludge and then transport to the melting factory for recycling. The buyer should consider one temporary place for storage. The temporary storage place should anti- rain andanti-leak. The leaked water should come back to the waste water treatment system.
3. Process principle and design principle
1. Process Principle
In waste water, the main harmful substance are sulfuric acid, lead sulfate, lead paste and lead oxide and some impurities, such as bleaching additives, bleach oil, sediment etc.
There are many ways to treat the soluble lead in waste water, including...
