What I Love About You

I love the way you look at me,
Your eyes so bright and blue.
I love the way you kiss me,
Yourlips so soft and smooth.

I love the way you make me so happy,
And the ways you show you care.
I love the way you say, "I Love You,"
And the way you're always there.

I love the way you touchme,
Always you’re in my mind.
I love that you are with me,
And glad that you are mine.

I’m not asking you for flowers
I’m not asking you for gifts
I’mnot asking you for a chest of jewels

I ask only for true love
I ask only you to make me happy

With your actions build me a future
With you words fill my heart

I know that in the distance weare united in love
I know that in the future will be together again
I know that this is the beginning of something wonderful
I know you're the right person to make me happy

And I have hope thatone day soon we will sate
our desire for this feeling so deep I feel like a spear in my heart
I ask you to trust me and do not stop loving me
I ask that the distance makes us stronger
I thank youfor being with me despite the distance.

Lying on my bed I am, feeling bitter.
Recalling those times you were by my side.
I think what I could do to be withyou,
And now I regret having given you my heart.

I still remember the times you said you loved me.
When my soul with false promises you fulfilled.
You stabbed my heart with fine andbeautiful daggers
When I found out the web of lies you had me into.

But since you left I enjoy good company.
She’s the sister of sadness and melancholy.
She came into my life that with lies you left empty
Andit made me see again the clear light of day.

I do not need your love under illusions that I want to give.
I need you back for loving me back.
I do not need touching symbol of your mercy,...
