All families around the world have an specific thing in common, it´s that they celebrate somethingfor less once a year. There are a lot of celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations or more common like Christmas, holy week, independence day for mention some of this.
I need to tell you in specific for Mexican families’ culture because they have an extensive list. Mexicans celebrateall events that happen in their life, if a baby born, it their favorite soccer team is the winner o if it lose, the mother’s day, the father’s day, thechildren day, the teacher`s day etc. All event that you can imagine Mexicans celebrate.
However, the best celebration that gets to meet more relativesis “Christmas” which is dating at 24th December. For this party, Mexicans do an specie of fruit tea whit apple, pineapple, guava, tejocote, sugar cane andcinnamon it`s drinking hot before dinner, then they have to break “piñatas” which is a container decorated with colorful paper and full of candy , thefunny of this is that you need to hit it whit a sick and then share the candy when it`s brake.
At the end Mexican families have to take for dinner the morethan five dishes that they prepared during the day, obviously they can`t forget the traditional turkey, romeritos, cod, for give you an example.
In myopinion, Christmas is the most important celebration since do the families to be together and enjoy a funny dinner where younger’s and orders are happy.
