Communication Policy
In a company, must have an important area that is the Communication Policy, in this area likes its name said, the company have to communicate and inform to their employees ofthe good and bad things that the company has in a certain moment, this is important because you have to do this, and because with that information you can know and show them the activity of the company,how much Money does the company win or lose. In that way the owners of the company have communication with the employees, and with that, they can feel o fan important part of the company that isinformed about all that occurs in the company. But in the other case there are external communication, like to inform the world or the people that is interested about the company about the production ofthe company or is it a bad moment to invest in it, or simple as if you want to know how much does the company win or lose, that is important because the company create a good communication with all theworld, and that give to the company a good image; national and international.
The company that we analyze (Apple) uses different types to communicate the information about the company, with theiremployees and with all the people. For example:
E – Mail: this is an efficiency and quickly way to communicate the information to their employees, and tough they may not read the mails, the companycomply with the obligation to report the information and all that happens to the company in a moment, to be aware or take care about it. But not is the same for the ordinary people that don’t work in thecompany, this kind of people can subscribe to receive information about the products, prices and different information of the external part of the company.
Meetings: This is an important part wherethe company train with the employees the actions that occurs and if there is a problem, give ideas to solution the trouble and be aware about other, but this is not the same for the other people,...
