MAIN POINTS
* ORIGIN OF PIG
The pig is one of the oldest forms of livestock, having been domesticated as early as 5000 BC. It is believed to have been domesticated either in the Near East orin China from the wild boar.
Pigs were mostly used for food, but people also used their hides for shields and shoes, their bones for tools and weapons, and their bristles for brushes.
There aredifferent breeds of pigs and many crosses but to be more clear and not have to show all, I brought something more simple.
The pigs were divided into three groups:
1. Asian pigs: These races are fromChina and Indonesia.
2. Nordic Pigs: Breeds originating from central and northern Europe.
3. Pigs Mediterranean: These races are from the Mediterranean. (Spain, France, Italy, Yugoslavia,Greece, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt)

* PARTS OF THE PIG THAT WE CAN EAT
In Mexico or at least in my grandmother's house I learned that you can use most of the pig to eat.
