During the course discusses the importance of establishing monitoring mechanisms and improving in each of the component parts of a process necessary for the generation ofquality services or products, from inputs to final point of production, by utilizing the latest generation technology for the systematization of processes to reduce turnaround times, streamline theoperation of each of the links that make up the global value chain. It is necessary to reduce cost overruns in the operation, through strategies based on economies of scale, control of procedures,standards compliance, enabling innovation of competitive products and services, face to the market and the effects of globalization, to according continuous improvement.
