Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently spent $3000 at your university and I was extremely unhappy with it.

The advertisement says that the Oxford is only 40 minutes from London bytrain and other places where I can do my business.

It is at least 55 minutes from London by train and other places.

Also in the advertisement says “experienced and qualified teachers” but it isn´ttrue.

The capacity in class were of 12 students but there were 40 students in the classroom.

My family couldn´t visit me because the accommodation is bad and horrible.

I complained about thesituation of your staff. I tried to speak to the Director, but he was not available.

I would like a refund at least $100 because the service is bad and I spent a lot dinner by mobilize me, I spentmuch money traveling.

I look forward to your explanation of my complaints in my letter.

PEOPLE

The popular stereotype of Ecuadorians is that they are quiet but they shout a lot –at sports events! In comparison with Americans, Ecuadorians are formal.

FOOD

Thesize of meals in Ecuadorian restaurants are small , especially compared to the USA. The “Gran chef” in Ecuador has a variety of meals, it is good!!, you can eat a lot if you want, but you can´t takeanything at house. The meals is good and variated.

HOLIDAYS

Ecuadorians don´t have much holiday, however the holidays are large in occasions. People go generally at “Salinas” or “Baños”, these...
