Ports of entry
Definition: Place where imported goods are admitted into the legal frontiers of the importing country. It may or may not be same as the port of destination (Business Dictionary).

Where are they??
The following Ports are listed according to location by state/territory and are designated either Class A,B, or C. This class designation is still published in Title 8, Aliens and Nationality.
Class A - The Port is designated as a Port-of-Entry for all aliens.
Class B- The Port is designated a Port-of-Entry for aliens who at the time of applying for admission are lawfully in possession of valid Permanent Resident Cards or valid non-resident aliens’ border-crossing or are admissible withoutdocuments under the documentary waivers contained in part 212 of 8 CFR, Chapter 1.
Class C-The Port is a designated Port-of-Entry only for aliens who are arriving in the United States as crewmen as that term is defined in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended, with respect to vessels.
