Corruption is a hot topic around the world in any language and in any country. An actof corruption is immediately identified, even when they try to hide. Many examples can be mentioned on this and of course the consequence is the bad image that people already have about their country,not to mention now the global picture that prove these acts.

The position of my delegation, Republic of Korea, is of course to be against corruption and not just pretend to do something, but realaction. South Korea has an anti-corruption commission. The Korea Independent Commission against Corruption, KIKAC, was Inaugurated on January 25, 2002.
The Launching of the KICAC have substantialsignificance in That it is a national-level anti-corruption agency that plays a crucial role in the Government's Fight Against corruption by Implementing Comprehensive Measures to Prevent corruption,Provides checks and balances Between Authorities in power, and, for the first time in the nation's history, the whistleblower protection Introduced and reward system.
