Pre-Hurricane Season Preparation meeting

A meeting will be held with all key personnel by April 30, prior to Hurricane Season, to ensure that all departments’preparation procedures are carefully reviewed and updated if needed. The hotel’s hurricane plan should be shared at an all staff meeting prior to June 1.


Security

• Obtain an updatedemergency call list. This list must include the most recent phone numbers and locations of local law enforcement agencies, hospitals, shelters, the Power Company, etc. Update the Hurricane Manualaccordingly.
• Prepare Emergency Operations Headquarters to be able to move into with short notice.
