GOBERNACION DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA DECRETO N°_0897_ DE_25 MAY_ 2012 Por medio del cual se establece el Listado de Precios Unitarios Oficiales de refencia para la contratación de obras civiles del Departamento del Valle del Cauca La Gobernadora (e) del Valle del Cauca en uso de sus atribuciones constitucionales y legales, en especial las conferidas en el numeral 2 del articulo 305 de la ConstituciónNacional y el literal (b) del numeral 3 del articulo 11 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
CONSIDERANDO

Que la administración Departamental del Valle del Cauca considera conveniente establecer el Listado de Precios para el presente año, en aras de contar permanentemente con información que le sirva de referencia respecto a los precios del mercado para la contratación de obras civiles. Que de conformidadcon el numeral 4 del articulo 2.1.1°. del Decreto Reglamentario N° 0734 de 2012, es importante contar con el Listado de Precios en comento como herramienta de referencia sin perjuicio de consultar los precios o condiciones del mercado, para estimar el valor del contrato al elaborar los estudios previos correspondientes
DECRETA

ARTICULO PRIMERO : Establecer el siguiente listado de preciosunitarios e incremento por transporte (distancia - medio de transporte - grado de dificultad), como referencia para la contratación que efectue el Departamento respecto a obras civiles.
