El transportista se reserva el derecho de cobrar una suma determinada en USD por dia
/contenedor, en caso de devolucion tardia de la/s unidad/es, como asitambien el valor
de reposicion de la unidad en caso de extravio.
Dichas sumas varian segun el tipo/dimensiones del contenedor de que se trate y las mismas
surgen de una tabla de valores que seencuentra a su disposicion para cualquier consulta
en nuestro sitio internet
Por cuestiones de SEGURIDAD se recomienda a los cargadores la utilización de precintos
botella.
El cargador deberá cumplircon los recaudos exigidos en el art.10 de la ley 24653

Al momento del retiro de los Conocimientos de Embarque originales, el cargador deberá
presentar la carta de garantía para los contenedores de exportación, haciéndose responsable
mientraslos mismos se encuentren bajo su custodia. Dicha responsabilidad cubrirá entre
otras cuestiones, daños sobre los equipos, responsabilidad frente a terceros y aquellos
costos devengados por demoraen la falta de entrega.
