2. INSTALLATION 2.1 Tools and Material Required.

2.2 Tenon Mounting 2.2.1 Loosen the screw holding the wire chamber cover to the
tenon fitter and remove the cover. 2.2.2 Being careful not to pinch supply wires, slide the fixture onto the tenon until the tenon seats against the anchor screw. See Figure 1. Figure 1

appropriate set screws until the base of the tenon fitter is level. See Figure 3. 2.2.4 Tighten the set screws from 14-17 ft. pounds. 2.2.5 Make the appropriate electrical connections. If not using a terminal block use wire connectors rated for at least 75 degree C. See Figure 2. 2.2.6 Secure the supply wires with the wire tie in such a way as to relievethe stress on the wire connections. See Figure 3. 2.2.7 Replace the wire chamber cover and tighten screw. 2.2.8 Securely hold door while releasing the two latches and support door until it hangs free in the vertical position. 2.2.9 Install the lamp according to the lamp type shown on the nameplate label in the rear of the fixture.

fixture onto the mounting arm until the arm seats against the internal stops. 2.3.3 Align the fixture as necessary and then adjust the appropriate clamp bolts until the fitter is level. 2.4.1 Loosenthe screw holding the wire chamber cover in
place and remove the cover. 2.4.2 Start one of the mounting bolts in the hole that corresponds to the keyway in the fitter. 2.4.3 Line up the keyway with this bolt and use it to hang the fixture. See Figure 5. 2.4.4 Tighten the bolts from 15-17 ft. pounds. 2.4.5 Follow Steps 2.2.5 through 2.2.11. Figure 5

2.2.10 If the unit is equipped witha multi-volt ballast, but does
not have a terminal block for ballast lead termination, it is necessary to strip and connect the black lead from the door wire harness and the ballast lead that corresponds to the supply voltage. The connectors used should be rated for a minimum of 90 degree C. 2.2.11 Making sure not to pinch the wiring, swing door closed while aligning with the housing and secureboth latches.
