Primer Acto Death Of A Salesman
The plot begins in the evening, when Willy Loman, a salesman in his 60s, returns home from business trip. After Willy gets home, he starts to explain to his wife, Linda, that hewas too distracted to drive and that he fall asleep dreaming and could have killed someone by doing that, so therefore he headed home. Then while he is talking to his wife, she tells him that theirthirty-something sons, Happy and Biff, are staying in their old rooms in the house. Happy works as an assistant to the assistant buyer at a retail store, but he dreams of bigger things. Biff was once ahigh school football star, but he could never embrace Willy's concept of success. So he has just been drifting from one manual labor job to the next. The brothers talked about his old conversationsthat they had in their old room, the Happy tells to Biff that their father have been talking to himself and something is about him, Biff. After he talks to his wife, Willy went downstairs to get somemilk and he starts to talks to himself. He start to hallucinate; he visualizes happier times from his past with his sons and when in a business trip cheated on his wife with a woman. After thosememories, his neighbor, Charlie, came to the apartment to check if everything is good because Willy was being laud. Then, Charlie takes out a deck of card; Willy and Charlie star playing. During the cardgame one of the memories, he recalls an encounter with his long lost older brother, Ben. He was an adventurous entrepreneur, in the hallucination Ben says that one time when he walked into the jungle,he was seventeen. Then, when he walked out, he was twenty one. And Ben also said that by God he was rich. Because of the memories that he had clearly Willy is envious of his brother's achievements.Later, when Biff confronts his mother about Willy's unstable behavior, Linda explains that Willy has been secretly attempting suicide subconsciously.
