A diferencia del traslado pre
o inter hospitalario:
• Son pacientes ya conocidos, con excepción de
los asistidos en emergencia.
• Trasladados por el mismo personal que realiza
la asistencia diaria.
• Menor tiempo, distancia yriesgos de traslado.
• Mayor capacidad de diagnóstico y rapidez en la
intervención terapéutica.
• Menor necesidad de infraestructura.

Se define como todo evento inesperado
que determina o puede determinar una
alteración de la estabilidad del paciente.
• 50 a 70 % de los pacientes sufre algún
evento durante el traslado.

Cambios en la posición corporal y
movilización:
En pacientes críticos con patología CV aguda:
84 % arritmias. 44% arritmias graves/PCR.

ALTERACIONES RESPIRATORIAS
• No hay diferencias entre ventilación manual y
con respirador en pacientes sin patología
respiratoria.
• La hipocapnia esla alteración mas frecuente.
• En pacientes ventilados con PEEP, 20%
presentan hipoxemia hasta 24 hs. después del
traslado (desreclutamiento).
• Mayores alteraciones en pacientes en ARM
trasladados con ventilación manual.

ALTERACIONES NEUROLÓGICAS
• Paciente neurocrítico: mayor labilidad. 80% sufre
eventocuando es trasladado desde emergencia.
• Se atribuye a la patología y la estabilización en curso.
• Desde CTI, HTEC hasta 2 hs. después.
