This is an excellent introduction for PRINCE2, a goodclassroom preparation course and a great way to revise your knowledge.
Our objective is to make it easy as easy as possible for a person to get an understanding of PRINCE2 and the Process Model is thebest way to do this as we can show how a project works (typical path of a project).
This book is also available in the following formats:
* Podcast, so you can listen to it while on the move
*Interactive Podcast (slides with voice)
* Learn Through Questions (Q&A in podcast format)

| You should all give PROJECT in a box a try. We have a free (yes free) PRINCE2 softwareproduct called Community edition. It is used by over 20,000 people and handed out by many PRINCE2 trainers and university lecturers on their courses to help people study for and implement PRINCE2.
Itprovides the full set of P2 diagrams and all the tempalte files, all coded up to show you what to use where. It also provides version control/config mgt. All the materials are authentic and licensedfrom OGC but it is free to end users. You can also upgrade to add the P2Guidance Module which provides material from the official PRINCE2 manual (more for implementation support than as a learningaid). Download at http://www.projectinabox.org.uk/community.asp
