The technology has been the most important and faster advanced; however, ithas caused more problems in the society like the time that children spend on the computers. Studies have shown that children spend a lot of time in front of the computers, playing, chatting with otherpersons, and connect to social networks. So, these studies have shown that it is very harmful to children when they have an excessive used of this devices and can cause many problem like obesity. Thefirst solution for this problem is to introduce to the children to practice sports like soccer, football, basketball, tennis, etc. It can help to reduce the obesity because they will be activephysically. Also, sport practice can help to burn fat and improve the cardiology health. In addition, sports can help to children to introduce to the society because they have to interact with other children.Furthermore, it also can help to children to follow rules because each sport has some rules but if someone doesn’t follow that rules, that person can be out of that sport and all children will fightto be into of the team. Other solution is make a schedule about the time and what the children may due in the computer. It can be beneficial to the children because they learn to respect the parent’srules

and parent’s decisions. Moreover, it can be beneficial to parents because they will have the total control of what their children due and with whom their children talk. The third solutioncan be to teach to parents about the risk that their children can have in the web because everybody have access to internet and many bad people are on the web trying to catch kids to do harmful thingseven kill them to sell their organs.
