INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

GARANTÍA INTERNACIONAL

JLG Industries, Inc. (“JLG”) warrants
new products made by it to be free
from defects in material or
workmanship for twelve (12) months
from the date of initial sale, lease,
rental or other disposition of such
products.

JLG Industries, Inc. (“JLG”) garantiza que
los productos nuevos que fabrica están
libres de defectos tanto por loque respecta
a los materiales como a la fabricación
durante doce (12) meses a partir de la fecha
inicial de venta, arrendamiento, alquiler u
otra disposición de dichos productos.

JLG warrants its Models 450A and
450AJ Aerial Work Platform Boom
Lifts and ES Scissor Lifts (CE
Version) to be free from defects in
material or workmanship for twentyfour (24) months from the date of
initialsale, lease, rental or other
disposition of such products. JLG
warrants its 3500/4000 Telescopic
Material Handlers to be free from
defects in material or workmanship
for twenty-four (24) months/2000
hours, whichever occurs first, from the
date of initial sale, lease, rental or
other disposition of such products.

JLG garantiza que sus plataformas de
trabajo aéreas modelos 450A y 450AJ ysus
tijeras ES (versión CE) están libres de
defectos tanto por lo que respecta a los
materiales como a la fabricación durante
veinticuatro (24) meses a partir de la fecha
inicial de venta, arrendamiento, alquiler u
otra disposición de dichos productos. JLG

durante veinticuatro (24) meses o 2000

productos.

In addition, JLG further warrants the
structural elements of each of the new
Aerial Work Platforms (Boom Lifts,
Scissors, Vertical Mast, Trailers, and
Trailer Booms) made by it, asdefined
in its then current warranty policies
and procedures, to be free from
defects in material or workmanship
for five (5) years from the date of
initial sale, lease, rental or other
disposition of such product.

Además, JLG también garantiza que los
elementos estructurales de cada una de sus
nuevas plataformas de trabajo aéreas
(plataformas, tijeras, mástil vertical,
remolques yplataformas remolcadas) que

shall not be considered defects within
the scope of this warranty. If any
repairs oralterations are made or any
parts are replaced during the
applicable warranty periods by anyone
other than JLG or an entity authorized
by JLG in accordance with authorized
JLG service manuals or with parts,
accessories, or attachments other than
authorized by JLG for use in its
products, customer shall pay for such
repairs or parts without recourse
against JLG, and JLG shall be relieved...
