RESUMEN EJECUTIVO

El desarrollo del presente proyecto se ha realizado con la finalidad de
contribuir con el sector artesanal, brindándole mecanismos por medio de los
cuales el artesano en modistería pueda conocer y controlar los costos
incurridos en el proceso de corte y confección de prendas de vestir, además
elpresente trabajo de grado fue realizado en base a las necesidades del
Taller de Corte y Confección Silvita del cantón Antonio Ante, Parroquia San
Roque Barrio la Delicia, del cual existió la colaboración e interés para la
realización del presente trabajo de investigación, el mismo que se refiere a
un estudio y control de los costos incurridos en la confección de prendas de
vestir. También elpresente manual describe todas las actividades y cada
material que necesita una operaria antes, durante y después de la confección
de una determinada prenda de vestir, las cuales están acompañadas de los
costos incurridos en el proceso de confección. Por otra parte la propietaria
estará capacitada para conocer y distinguir los costos fijos y variables que
existen dentro del proceso de producción, lo quele permitirá tener una visión
de cómo esta su taller dentro del mercado y de forma financiera, asimismo
contará con una base sólida a la hora de establecer los costos con sus
respectivos documentos de soporte y respaldo; de igual manera se muestra
con un ejemplo la forma de calcular los costos y de establecer el margen de
utilidad, para que el taller obtenga ganancias y pueda continuar en elmedio,
ofreciendo sus productos y servicios en modistería al sector donde se
encuentra ubicado y a sus alrededores; igualmente continúe siendo una
fuente de estudio y generación de empleo en la localidad. Por consiguiente
el taller de corte y confección Silvita, ya no tendrá problemas a la hora de
establecer los costos en cada una de las prendas que confecciona.

in order to

contribute to the artisanal sector, offering mechanisms through which the
craftsman in dressmaking can to know and control the costs incurred in the
process of cutting and sewing of garments, furthermore the present graduate
work was realized in base to the needed of the Silvita´s shop of the canton
Antonio Ante, Barrio San Roque, La DeliciaCommunity, which existed
collaboration and interest to carry out the present research work, the same
that refers to a study and control of costs incurred in making garments. Also,
the present handbook describes all the activities and each material that
requires a machine operator before, during and after the making of a
particular garment, which are accompanied by the costs incurred in themanufacturing process. On the other hand, the owner would be capable

to

know and distinguish the fixed and variable costs that exist within the
production process, that would allow to have a vision how is your shop in the
market and financial shape, also would contain with a solid base in the time of
establishing the cost with their respective support documentation. In the same
way it shows an examplehow calculate costs and establish the margin of
utility, for that he shop obtain profit to continue offering its products and
services in dress mark at the sector where is located also its places around,
thus continue being a source of study and finally generation of employment
in the locality.
