DESCRIPCIÒN:
El Programa de Salud Ocupacional en Metrogas de Colombia S.A. E.S.P se diseño e implemento
dando de esta maneracumplimiento a la legislación actual de Colombia en lo relacionado a la
Salud Ocupacional. Esto permite a la empresa identificar y controlar sus riesgos y mejor el
ambiente laboral, dando mayor importancia al recurso humano de la organización.

Con el Panorama de Riesgos la empresa busca reducir o eliminar los riesgos presentes en las
operaciones y en los sitios de trabajo, estas medidas se logran através de actividades,
capacitaciones y dotación de elementos de protección personal, para lograr esto se cuenta con la
participación de todos los trabajadores y el apoyo de la Gerencia.

El Programa de Salud Ocupacional se estructura según accesoria de la ARP y de la legislación
Colombiana, empezando por una política de seguridad y salud ocupacional la cual fue la directriz
para comprometer atrabajadores y Gerencia. Este programa cuenta con los subprogramas de
higiene y seguridad industrial, medicina preventiva y medicina del trabajo donde se encuentran las
distintas actividades y capacitaciones detectadas en el Panorama de riesgos.

La elaboración de una herramienta para evaluar el desempeño de la empresa en Salud
Ocupacional, va ha permitir observar el mejoramiento y el compromiso detrabajadores y empresa,
para dar de esta manera cumplimiento al Programa de Salud Ocupacional de la empresa.

DESCRIPTIÒN:

The occupational health program in metrogas in Colombia S.A. E.S.P. was design and created
under the legislation of Colombia in related to the occupational health. This allows the company to
identify and control its risks and making the working environment even better, aiming focusing the
next important part tothe human resource department of the organization.

Having the risk view the company seeks to reduce or even eliminate the present risk in the
operational field, these rules can be accomplished trough activities, trainings, and elements of
personal protection with the cooperation of the workers and the management support.
The occupational health program was created according to the APP regulationsand legislation of
Colombia.

Starting by having a security system and occupational health which was the base to compromise
and the worriers and management.This program is supported by the hygiene and industrial security,
preventive medicine and working medicine where the diversity of activities and trainings are found
under the view of risk. Making the company a better place to work in.
