PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN SMALL TO MEDIUN-SIZE ENTERPRISES: MATCHING PROCESS TO NATURE OD THE FIRM.

Introduction

Project management can play a significant role in facilitating this contribution.Small to medium enterprises require less bureaucratic forms of project management than those used by larger. SME use project management both to manage operation operations, to deliver tailored or bespoke products to customers and manage innovation and growth. As a result of analysis to the case, I content that the project management required by SMEs will be very different the traditional formssuggested for larger projects.

CONCLUSION

Project management is used to manage operation, manage growth and innovations. As result i fount that some firms applyproject management and some did not, all for different reason. As an example, the Rumanian education system does no teach engineers soft skills. They are led to believe that all problems can be solved by excellent engineering solution. US use project management, because they believe they need it to manage their commitment to their customers.

Small and medium enterprises look clouded by thelack of interest by CEO of project management. In medium size firms is much greater uses of specialist and formal coordination more authorization approaches to manage are supportive of this.

The medium and large enterprises has a common their culture and customs, these people are compliant and accepted control by others as part of the business model.

Finally i got a conclusion that differentcompanies require amount of project management methodology, but they share those point as fundamental part of project management and development.

I am an entrepreneur, and in my experience I have received much support from the federal government to start my business and make it grow. I have received financial advice as well as also to increase my...
