Pratt Institute partnered with Hudson Companies to outfit two of its Third + Bond condominium model residences, staged completely with Pratt designs from floor and wall coverings to home accessories, furniture, textiles, art, lighting elements, and wearables. This interdisciplinary collaboration showcases designs by Pratt alumni, faculty, and students from architecture, interior design,industrial design, and fine arts. All designs were selected with Third + Bond’s potential buyer in mind and will reflect Pratt’s and Hudson’s commitment to great design, high quality, sustainability, and affordability. These curated apartments provide a unique opportunity to experience a holistically conceived, totally Pratt-styled interior living environment. Pratt alumnus and professor Anthony Caradonna,Architecture ’86, served as curatorial coordinator on the project.

Located in Carroll Gardens, Third + Bond is a modern adaptation of the traditional townhouse featuring 44 residential condominiums. Designed by Rogers Marvel Architects, Third + Bond will offer high quality and beautiful finishes suitable for families and young professionals who seek“green” living in a friendly and convenient neighborhood. Third + Bond is expecting to receive LEED-Gold and ENERGY STAR certifications.
