RESÚMEN
Las abejas melíferas, son caracterizadas por su producción de miel y recolección de polen. La apicultura es la manutención de abejas, para laobtención de productos de estas, estos productos como la miel,polen y propóleo, han sido utilizados en la medicina antigua ,por sus propiedades medicinales, en heridas de piel, quemaduras, ulceras, infecciones oculares, así como otras afecciones, también han sido utilizados como fuente de alimento, con alto un valor nutricional.
Las propiedades nutracéuticas de la miel, polen y propóleos del estado deMorelos fueron usadas en este experimento contra cepas de Salmonella typhy, Pseudomona aureoginosa y Staphylococcus aureus, fueron examinadas por métodos de difusión en Agar.
Las técnicas cualitativas de fenoles, flavonoides, alcaloides y taninos y de forma similar las técnicas de Cuantificación y Extracción de proteínas y carbohidratos, mostraron la presencia de su contenido nutricional ymedicinal. La capacidad antioxidante (DDPH) realizada con las muestras obtuvo resultados positivos en polen. En los estudios realizados, se pudo observar inhibición significativa, con el Método de difusión en Agar, en la cepa de Salmonella typhy y Staphylococcus aureus con sensidiscos del propóleo. El propóleo del estado Morelos es un agente efectivo contra la inhibición de bacterias como Salmonellatyphy y Staphylococus aureus, atribuyéndole de igual forma excelente propiedades nutricionales.






ABSTRACT
Honeybees are characterized by the production of honey and pollen collection. Beekeeping is the maintenance of bees for the production of these products, such products as honey , pollen and propolis have been used in ancient medicine because they have medicinal properties in skinwounds , burns , ulcers , eye infections as well as other conditions , also have been used as a food source , with high nutritional values.
The nutraceutical properties of honey, pollen and propolis from Morelos state were tested in this experiment against strains of Salmonella typhi, Pseudomona aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus, were examined by agar diffusion methods.
The Qualitativetechniques of phenols, flavonoids, alkaloids and tannins and in the same way the techniques of quantification and extraction of proteins and carbohydrates, showed the presence of nutritional and medicinal content. The antioxidant capacity (DDPH ) performed with samples, obtained positive results in pollen and propolis. In studies, significant inhibition was observed with the agar diffusion method, inthe strain of Salmonella typhi and Staphylococcus aureus with propolis sensidiscs. The propolis of Morelos state is an effective inhibiting agent against, showing its effectiveness in bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi, attributing equally excellent nutritional properties.
