Assignment 1
Scenario 1- My proposal to the Vice President of operations is to do a TV commercial in a sport channel or during the broadcasting of a major game. This is proposal is made using theidea that in the United States was attractive to the public that attend to football and basketball games. I decided to use a TV commercial as my communication channel because it is a global media andis a channel of communication that can be edited and corrected to transmit the message that the company desire. My presentation of the proposal for the Vice President would be presented in a meetingin an upward communication and a Power Point to present slides of the ideas for the commercial. This is the best idea to present the proposal because he can have a visual of the idea and at the sametime in the upward conversation can be clarify of any doubts that he may have of the presentation of the product.
Scenario 2 – I would use a telephone to contact the IT company to notify thatsomething is wrong with the login the name and password. Telephone communication I decided was because is a direct communication and a quick way to explain the problems that the company has. My bestcommunication channel to indicate the employees of the changes is in a meeting in a downward communication. The downward communication is the best choice to explain what the situation was and the employeescan understand why their user name and password are being change.
Scenario 3 – I will plan a meeting for all employees and explain in a downward conversation the economic problems that the companyis experiencing. This is the best choice because the employees would have an idea of the problems that the company is having and they can be answered any question that they might have in the samemeeting or by individual.
