RESUMEN


TÍTULO: PROPUESTA METODOLÓGICA: INTEGRACIÓN DE LA EDUCACIÓN AMBIENTAL PARA EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE EN LA FORMACIÓNPERMANENTE DE DOCENTES


El trabajo que se presenta es resultado de la labor investigativa mediante proyectos de investigación en el tema de la educación ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible, realizados en la provincia de La Habana, actualmente provincias de Artemisa y Mayabeque. La sistematización en el orden teórico y práctico por parte del autor durante varios años, dedicado a la preparación delos docentes del territorio en el tema de la educación ambiental, permitió conocer las insuficiencias que estos presentaban desde lo conceptual, procedimental y axiológico en esta dimensión de la educación y en consecuencia aplicar una estrategia metodológica para su formación permanente, de la cual se muestra la Propuesta Metodológica implementada durante dicho proceso, presentada en esta ocasióncomo un manual, cuya eficacia se demostró de acuerdo con las valoraciones realizadas, a partir del desempeño profesional pedagógico ambiental de los docentes implicados.

TITLE: THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION FOR THE SUSTAINABLEDEVELOPMENT IN THE PERMANENT FORMATION OF TEACHERS

Before the environmental problems that affect today the humanity it is indispensable a way to think, to feel and to act responsible that assures the integrity of the environment and their own survival. In this direction the educational processes carry out an important function, of there the necessity of the educational personnel's preparationso it can incorporate to their professional acting the environmental dimension from the perspective of the sustainable development. The methodological strategy that is presented, for the integration of the environmental education for the sustainable development in the permanent formation of primary teachers, it is a result offered by the author, as member of the investigation project developed bythe Multidisciplinary Group of Environmental Education of the Pedagogic Sciences University Rubén Martínez Villena", approved by the MINED 11 Ramal Program. The application of the initial diagnosis and the systematizing in the theoretical and practical order allowed knowing the lack of teachers' preparation from the conceptual, procedural and the behavior in this dimension. As contributions theystand out the fundamental considerations for the integration of the environmental education for a sustainable development in the methodological work that should be developed in the schools. Everything provides it a better preparation of teachers that multiply in their scholars and other agents of the community, actions in favour of the environment, that which favors the integral formation of thescholars and in general the elevation of the quality of life of the whole society. Its setting in practice in the school demonstrates its feasibility.
