La finalidad de este proyecto de grado es la realización de un estudio de factibilidad y
viabilidad para la empresa SOTRANCEN Ltda. organización que se encuentrainteresada
en la legalización de la actividad de transporte mixto para la Central de Abastos en la
ciudad de Bucaramanga.
El proceso realizado para dicho fin inició con un diagnostico previo de la situación del
transporte informal ejecutado en CENTROABASTOS frente a los requisitos exigidos por
ley; para el desarrollo del proyecto se llevó a cabo un estudio de mercado enfocado a la
evaluaciónde las oportunidades existentes; posteriormente se valoró la localización y
distribución de planta disponible para esta actividad.
Se construyeron estrategias y recomendaciones para la atraer clientes y conservarlos en
el tiempo.
Se elaboró una estructura organizacional adecuada para el funcionamiento de la
empresa, de igual forma se investigaron los procedimientos legales necesarios para lahabilitación de la actividad de transporte y posteriormente se realizó el estudio financiero
que determinó la factibilidad de la empresa SOTRANCEN Ltda.

The purpose of this project of degree is the accomplishment of a feasibility and viability
study for the company SOTRANCEN Ltda. organization who is interested in the
legalization of the activity of mixed transport for the Central de Abastos in the city of
Bucaramanga.
The process realized for the above mentionedpurpose initiated with a previous diagnosis
of the situation of the informal transport executed in CENTROABASTOS opposite to the
requirements demanded by law; for the development of the project there was carried out a
market research focused on the evaluation of the existing opportunities; later there was
valued the location and distribution of available plant for this activity.
