LO QUE APRENDI.

Durante esta unidad aprendí el uso del tiempo pasado en una forma de disfrutar vacaciones o recuerdos es por ello que la unidad se titula “memories”, aprendí el uso de verbos regulares e irregulares como por ejemplo caminar “walk-walked”, también aprendí a usar vocabularios como los queestán en la pagina 153.
El vocabulario sobre vacaciones me pareció interesante ya que ilustra todo un contexto de reglamento y diversión como jugar, reír, nadar, viajar, me hacen pensar en mis vacaciones con mis papas y mis hermanos es por ello que encuentro esta unidad muy importante.

Daniel: I heard you spent some time in Calgary.Nicole: yes, it was great!
Daniel: Did you stay there for a long time?
Nicole: No, I didn’t. I was there for two weeks with my aunt Betty.
Daniel: Did you visit the creative kids museum?
Nicole: yes, I did. And I had lunch at the Mounties’ feast.
Daniel: really? Did you like the food there?
Nicole: Yes, I did. It was delicious. I also went up the Calgary tower. The view from there is awesome.Daniel: I know. Did you take any photographs?
Nicole: No, I didn’t. I forgot my camera.

Daniel: ¿en serio? ¿Te ha gustado la comida allí?
  Nicole: Sí, lo hice. Está delicioso. También fui a la torre de Calgary. La vista desde allí es impresionante.
Daniel: Lo sé. ¿Te has tomado las fotografías?
Nicole: No, no lo hice. Me olvidé de mi cámara.

Nicole: did you meet uncle mark atthe university?
Betty: no, I met him at a disco in Seattle. Oh, that day was so funny!
Nicole: why, what happened?
Betty: well, I was on vacation in Seattle. I was at a disco, and he walked into the room. When he saw me and he didn’t stop looking at me. He didn’t watch his step, so he fell down in front of everybody! Everyone laughed, including him. After that, he got up from the floor and askedme to dance. I also made a fool of myself because I didn’t know how to dance and stepped on his foot several times. He screamed and everyone laughed again. It wasn’t exactly romantic, but it was love at first sight! Now, he always watches his step and I know how to dance!
