Abstract
The project of “Fodder El Toro, S.C. RL "(ETSCRL) is located in the “Biosphere Reserve Sierra Gorda”, Querétaro. The Reserve contains all of the municipalities in Jalpan de Serra, Arroyo Seco, andLanda de Matamoros, as well as 88 percent of Pinal de Amoles and 70 percent of Peñamiller. The Reserve has approximately 100,000 citizens living in 638 localities, so my project will not only be a provider of fodder at good prices for cattle but also a disseminator of environmentally friendly alternative livestock, so our fodder is of better quality and free of harmful ingredients for livestock.In Fodder ETSCRL we have developed seven different product lines:
1. Fodder for cattle: Initiator, fat and dairy.
2. Fodder for pigs: Pigs initiator, growing pig, development pig, end pig, pregnant sow, lactating sow
3. Fodder for horses: Racing horse and rodeo horse.
4. Fodder for Rabbits: Rabbit feeding.
5. Pet Food: Dogs, cats, parakeets, parrots and canaries.
6.Fodder for birds:
a) Fodder Chicken: Rooster development, initiator chickens, chickens, laying hens.
b) Fodder for fighting cocks: Fighting cocks.
7. Raw materials and supplies: Alfalfa, mineral salt block, molasses, corn, sorghum, birdseed.

Reason for Project
The main economic activities of the Sierra Gorda of Queretaro are agriculture, livestock and trade. These activities aresupported by money remittances from migrants.
Due to the current economic situation in United States of America, many of our migrants are returning to their Mexican communities but the situation in Sierra Gorda itself is also precarious. For that reason many of them that have been supported by the government have begun to engage in the business of livestock adding to them producers already exist....
