Next to the old town with a great location Kipsala Hostel is one of the best options to enjoy your trip to Riga. The hostel was created in 2005under the idea of offering reasonable prices for pleasurable service. Within the same family environment, Hostel offers you two types of accommodation facility; for young people, with room to enjoy and get to know each other and one for couples, families with children or anyone who wants to enjoy more comfort at the best price. Both find the quality service and always with completely renovatedrooms, modern and welcoming.

4 rooms for 4 people and another 4 rooms for 6 people. community bathroom for women and a community bathroom for men. (each one has 4 showers and 4 toilets) 2 living rooms with sofas, tables, TV,board games… Kitchen. 4 bigdouble rooms with bathroom inside. (possibility of two or one bed, and extra beds more people ) living rooms with sofas, tables, TV, board games… Kitchen.

in charge of employees and customers needs. Manage financial statements and other finance issues (does calculations, pay bills, place an order with supplier of food,..) Responsible from preparing work schedule, staff task… Deal with maintenance issue and subcontract services

Their task are attend customers, security service, and advice manager when something goes wrong. There is 3 receptionist, and 2 shift per day (8-16 16-00) Weekend

Cleaner:
Clean
bathrooms, rooms, corredors, kitchens… Works M-F In summer we might hire an extra cleaner.

Marketing: we subcontract a marketing company that deal with brochures, website, promotions… Laundry service: once a week laundryman comes and takes sheets, towel, blankets and bring cleans.
Maintenance service: We have an agreement with a company when something is broken or something goes wrong, they send us specialized workers. We pay per each work not monthly.
3. Mision
The hostel was intended for every young tourists who like to travel super economic prices and tourists who want to have higher standarts.
The ultimate principle of the hostel is to satisfy customer needs suchas comfort, good clean, safe location creating an environment that will make you feel at home at resonable prices because the best advertising is done by satisfied customers.
4. Vision
The vision of the hotel is expand the business. We fancy us as a five star hotel in the future.
5. Goals
To attract young people to the hostel and try to keep it always full.
Develop facilities of hotel (taxi airport service spa turkish bath sauna)
Expand the business to other cities such as Stockholm,Tallinn, Vilnius... Satisfy costumers
