el panorama legislativo en dicha materia, retoma, valida y asigna nuevas funciones a los
profesionales del sistema jurídico, abogados, trabajadores sociales y psicólogos. Señala dentro
de las autoridades competentes para restablecer los derechos vulnerados de los niños, las niñas
y losadolescentes fundamentalmente a las Comisarías y Defensorías de Familia, conformadas
por equipos técnicos interdisciplinarios integrados por lo menos con Sicólogo, Trabajador
Social, cuyos conceptos tendrán el carácter de dictamen pericial. Estos se ubican en las Pruebas
Psicosociales, pero en la práctica existe ambigüedad, calco y polisemia en cuanto a concepto,
