2WARNINGS

Before operating your PlayStation®2 console
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures when
exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or
backgrounds on a television screen or while playing video games, including games
played on the PlayStation®2 console, may trigger an epileptic seizure in theseindividuals. Certain conditions may trigger previously undetected epileptic
symptoms even in persons who have no history of prior seizures or epilepsy. If you,
or anyone in your family, has an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to
playing. If you experience any of the following symptoms while playing a video
game - dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness,disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions - IMMEDIATELY
discontinue use and consult your physician before resuming play.

The model and serial numbers of the PlayStation®2 console are located on the
bottom of the console (when placed in the horizontal position). Record the serial
number in the space provided below. Referto the number whenever you call for
technical assistance at 1-800-345-7669.

provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radiofrequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause
