There are no more excuses for handicap people not to do sports. There are some sports that are becoming more accessible for disablepeople. One of the most common sport is swimming that can be used for kids and adults. Also basketball on wheel chair is one of the most popular too. Another activity which is not that common but isalso interesting is weight fighting. Those are sports that everyone can enjoy but also handicap people can enjoy it thanks to the options that they now have.

Swimming is a pretty sport that isrecommended by many doctors for disable people. In this way they are motivated to increase their possibility of movement and the feeling of independence. Is one of a few sports where you can work out almosta hundred percent of your body even internal as external parts. With this sport you can develop the force of whether your arms, legs, chest, back, neck. Your lungs have to be able to hold your breathunder the water and the sooner the better, if you start since you are little you are more able to grow the possibility to improve your holding breath time as well as you develop your muscles to bestronger and faster.

Basketball in wheelchair is one most common sport for disable people in U.S.A . As well as normal basketball for normal people is a rude sport, the rules are not so different andthe same for the equipment they need. The court is the same size. These one could be harder than the normal because they have to crush their chair against each other so hard trying to get the opponentto let the ball fall and sometimes they fall of with the wheelchair. They need to have so much strength in their arms to move anywhere in the court also to throw the ball to the basket ring.Weight fighting is also one of the sports that use a lot of strength because they use a lot their bodies.
