Queen Elizabeth’s I profile

Queen Elizabeth I was born on September 7 1533. She was the daughter of Henry VII and Anne Boleyn.
Queen Elizabeth I was a short women about 5´3 or 5´5, she hadbrown eyes, red curly hair and her teeth were black with tooth decay.
She had 2 tutors whose names were William Grindal and Roger Aschman. She could write in English, Latin and Greek, she progressedin French and Greek.
She was the best educated woman of her generation.

She had a half sister, Mary I. She was Queen of England and Queen of Ireland from 19 July 1553 until her death. She was theeldest daughter of Henry VIII and only surviving child of Catherine of Aragon. As the fourth crowned monarch of the Tudor dynasty, she is remembered for restoring England to Roman Catholicism aftersucceeding her short-lived half brother, Edward VI, to the English throne. In the process, she had almost 300 religious dissenters burned at the stake in the Marian Persecutions, earning her thesobriquet of "Bloody Mary". Her re-establishment of Roman Catholicism was reversed by her successor and half-sister, Elizabeth I.

Queen Elizabeth I was imprisoned on the Tower of London because in theWyatt Rebellion she was implicated in the conspiracy. Mary refused to see Elizabeth so she can’t say that she is innocent, so people took the decision to get Elizabeth in the Tower of London on March18, 1554.
She ascended the throne of England on November 17, 1558 and she ruled until her death. She was sometimes called the Virgin Queen because she never married. She had many people that beggedher to marry her so as a result of her aversion they began to call her this way. But her status as a virgin is under considerable doubt.

During her life, Queen Elizabeth really enjoyed the arts,particularly plays and masques. She attend plays so Shakespeare waved sits for her and had inside jokes with her.
She has an excellent reputation as a good ruler and was loved by her people....
