Martin Luther King Jr. one day said: “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of theircharacter”.

Good morning members of the jury, teachers, students, and parents my name is Francisco Garza Gonzalez and im gonna talk about discrimination.

I choose this topic because its not fairfor people being discriminated by their fisical appereance and with this speech I wanna make you understand that we are all the same and what counts is the inside.

Discrimination started since theAmerican civil war.

In México the discrimination in these days is so bad specially in schools . In schools the most common type of discrimination is racism. The people that discriminates in thismode are called racist. Racism stands for discrimination based on race. Racism is laughing of other people fisical such as skin color, disabilities, and diseases.

In January 15, 1929 a child wasborn whitch name was Marthin Luther King Jr. he was a black guy who fought for human beigns and he never give up. He was murdered on April 4 of 1968 on Merphis by a white guy that escaped prision.

Avery good example of racism is a women with no legs she can’t move, she can’t work, she can’t go to the bathroom alone, and plus she have a child. So whenever she goes to the street almost every peoplelaughes at her and she tells them maybe i can’t walk,, maybe i can’t do so much thingsv but im a good person and a mother and i go to work every day so that my child can succeed in life. And you, youdon’t have work, you don’t have children, and you have everything to live a good liife but instead each time you laugh at me your are making yourself a bad person.

So what you have heard so far isjust a speech what i really want is that you make an effort on helping and defending people with special needs and skin color.
