If Windows 7 does not respond but the PC works correctly, follow the next steps to do a System Recovery:

1.- Turn off the PC, if it is necessary, keep holding the power button until the PC turnsoff.
2.- Disconnect all the connected devices, excepting monitor, keyboard and mouse.
3.- Push the power button again.
4.- When you see the Microsoft logo, press F11 several times until the message"Windows is booting files" appear.
5.- In "Instantly Help" option, click on "System Recovery".
6.- If it is necessary and you does not have made a backup of your files before, select "Make Backup ofFiles" and then "Next".
7.- When you do that, the System Recovery will start. Then click on "Finish" for reboot the PC.
8.- Complete the registration process and wait until the desktop appears.9.- Then, turn off the device, and reconnect all your devices.


System Recovery with recovery cd's.

CAUTION: The System Recovery option will delete all the files and porgrams you have created orinstalled in the PC. Make a backup of the important files in a removable disk.
For create the System Recovery cd's please read "Recovery Cd's" on page 25.To start the System Recovery with the recovery cd's:
1.- If your PC works, make a backup en DVD with all the files of information that you want to save, then remove the cd with thebackup.
2.- Enter the first recovery cd.
3.- If your PC works, click the Start button, then the Arrow button located beside the Start button and the Turn Off button.
4.- Disconnect all the connecteddevices, excepting monitor, keyboard and mouse.
5.- Push the power button again.
6.- In "Instantly Help" option, click on "System Recovery".
7.- If it is necessary and you does not have made abackup of your files before, select "Make Backup of Files" and then "Next".
8.- If you need to enter the next Recovery Cd, do it.
